Alex Ogle (born December 9, 1973) is an American animator, illustrator, and designer known for his experimental approach to digital media and entertainment. As the co-creator and animator of the pioneering online series "Jonni Nitro," Alex pushed the boundaries of early streaming media with a blend of rotoscoped and hand-drawn animations, even before the advent of broadband internet.
His career as a visual illustrator includes high-profile projects for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, crafting posters, t-shirts, toy box packaging, and comic book covers for iconic titles such as Spider-Man, Avengers: Endgame, Captain Marvel, Daredevil, Punisher, and Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2.
Alex's versatile portfolio spans mobile gaming design, websites, touchscreen museum exhibits, interactive QuickTime projects, and independent comic books. Notably, a graphic novel he illustrated served as inspiration for the Paramount+ series "The Offer," which delves into the creation of the first Godfather movie. Currently, Alex is working on a hand-animated short film titled "Short Order Samurai.
