For 21 years Aaron helped make some of the most beloved films of all time including Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, Mulan, and Pocahontas. In 2003, he was nominated for an Oscar for co-directing Brother Bear.

Aaron has produced a new hand-animated short film, “Snow Bear” which will debut early in 2025.
