The National Cartoonists Society is the world’s largest and most prestigious organization of professional cartoonists, Ta non-profit membership organization open to professional cartoonists and tradespeople anywhere in the world who are working in the fields of cartooning, illustration, animation, graphic storytelling and more.  Founded in 1946, the NCS has had  some of the biggest names in cartooning, Including, Walt Kelly, Charles Schulz, Hank Ketcham, Gary Larson and Glen Keane.
